How It Works

At BR Sandwith Inc., we are based in the Upper Highway area of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and proudly serve clients across South Africa. While we are available for online consultations, we also offer in-person meetings to ensure we can assist you in the most convenient way possible.

Please contact us with a brief summary of your query so that we can determine how best to assist you. If the matter can be handled via email, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs and begin working upon receipt of a deposit.

For more involved cases, we can arrange a consultation—either in person or virtually—to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

ANTENUPTIAL CONTRACTS

Typically, 1 to 2 consultations are required. The first consultation is designed to explain the different matrimonial regimes and help determine which regime best suits you as a couple. The second consultation is scheduled for both parties to sign the contract.

If you already know which regime you would like to apply to your marriage, the initial consultation can be skipped, and we can handle everything via email. In this case, we would only need to meet in person to sign the contract.

ADMINISTRATION OF A DECEASED ESTATE

Once we receive your instruction to proceed with the administration of a family member’s deceased estate, we will provide you with a checklist of all the necessary documentation. After you have gathered the required documents, we will arrange a meeting to sign all the necessary paperwork.

BUYING OR SELLING A PROPERTY

We manage all the documentation related to the sale of your property and oversee the entire transfer process with the Deeds Office, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
